Each Movement of Unity In Motion is complete within itself and can be practiced individually. In their wholeness The Movements make up one uninterrupted flow of movement called The Path of Balance. The complete practice, lasting some 45 minutes, is called The Form of Unity In Motion and is made up of Five Sections. The purpose of this three-dimensionally balanced study is to assist students in awakening to their own individual, immediate connection to Life.
The uninterrupted flow of movement (The Path of Balance) passes through three-dimensionally defined Connections and in its integration can be seen as specific waves of motion. The following video is Cristiam talking about the Waves that make up the Path of Balance.
Below is a list of videos demonstrating the Movements in detail. These videos were made some 10 years ago and since then there have been only minor refinements in the First Section which will be annotated and updated as we continue developing this site.
You will also find below a series of videos called The Suspensions. The Suspensions invite the student to become acquainted with the body and are helpful, not only as a preparation for practicing the Movements, but in opening doors of awareness assisting us to become ever more present in our daily lives.
"The Geometry of Balance" is our workbook. It contains detailed information about Unity In Motion and the Movements as well as an annotated description of all the Movements.
