Welcome.....
The meaning and purpose of Unity In Motion is to usher humanity safely through its transition towards a totally new form of consciousness. This transition transposes our ancient - linear - sequential modality of consciousness by which our humanity learned - through the realms of duality - all of the mental, emotional and physical components that correspond to our return to the natural state of balance.
In its return to the natural state of balance, humanity is now in the presence of the new form of consciousness that is Universal Creation - bringing into manifestation The Design Of The New World. This New World is the fulfillment of that which has been promised through the myth of time which said when the time is ripe the whole of humanity will re-enter the portals of a new communion with the absolute - all-encompassing - consciousness that is the Unity in Motion of Life.
Place of Balance
(this poem and other poems appearing on this site
written by Unity In Motion Teacher Mary Pat Mengato)
In the center of space lies infinity
Holographic continuum of existence
Space within space
Time within time
Life within life
I stand in the center.
In the center of form lies space
Omnidirectional opening of awareness
Form within form
Pattern within pattern
Expansion within expansion
I move in the center.
In the center of movement lies stillness
Eternal presence of oneness
Movement within movement
Spiral within spiral
Center within center
I Am in the center.
Center of love
Center of beauty
Center of freedom.

what it is....and isn't
By Unity In Motion Student Kim Brobrowski
Unity In Motion is a study of the Self. It is a study that is rooted in universal principles that have existed forever and that are now becoming consciously available to everyone. These principles express themselves in a practice of physical movements that gradually and continually merge the three senses of ourselves which in the past have seemed separate in our daily experience: the physical self, the emotional self and the mental or intellectual self. After a period of learning the student of Unity In Motion becomes his or her own teacher and ultimately experiences as a reality the merging of the three senses of Self as the Unity In Motion that is Universal Balance.
*Unity in Motion is 100% physical, 100% feeling or emotional and 100% mental or intellectual. It is not a theory or an intellectual exercise.
*Although the principles of Unity In Motion find expression in a form of movement, Unity In Motion is not a physical exercise.
*Although Unity in Motion involves the energy centers or chakras and has a slow-moving and gentle form, it is not tai chi or yoga.
*Although Unity In Motion might look like a moving meditation, it is not mediation. There is no "going away," but rather an increased ability to be in the present in a completely natural and connected way.
*Although there are many physical, emotional and mental benefits offered by the study and practice of Unity In Motion, it is not designed as a practice that one does for self-improvement or "to get better." Rather, Unity In Motion is based on the truth that we all are already whole and complete just the way we are. Through practice of Unity In Motion we become more and more connected to our true Self that always has been and always will be whole and compete. In this way. Unity In Motion involves both "being" and "becoming."
The universal principles of Unity In Motion were revealed to Michael Cristiam Nebadon, and he is the founder of Unity In Motion. He did not, however, invent these principles. Rather, he is the person who grounded them through words and physical movement. Although Cristiam and others have worked many years in bringing forth the principles, there is no one above or below anyone else in Unity In Motion as unity has no hierarchy.
Embracing The Wholeness That We Are
By Unity In Motion Teacher Ellen Rennell
Unity in Motion is the door I stepped through to find myself. My first love of Dance and Movement led me to this Movement of the Self. Rather than performance through movement, Unity in Motion has become my connection to Freedom of movement and expansion of my Consciousness. Through study and practice and shifting of Consciousness I have been able to Teach and guide others to this understanding.
It is a great gift to move without stress and pain. The movements of Unity in Motion teach how to move without holding muscles and joints by expressing through each movement the Three Dimensions of Space.
Each movement has a sense of seven directions of Space. Above and Below, Forward and Back and Side to Side with the added dimension of the spine moving with all of this, there comes a weightlessness and suspension in the body.
This weightlessness in the body, equals an expansion in the Conscious mind and a movement in the Heart and feelings. All three of these, Freedom of the Body, the Expansive Conscious Mind and, Boundless Feeling in the Heart are the connection to the Self, and what is possible with the study of Unity in Motion.
Unity in Motion is the understanding that this is our Natural State of Being. That when we are able to release into the Freedom, we can embrace the Wholeness that we are! We are what we have been looking for and searching for through the Ages.
